Why does Ambient Weather Ship UPS?

Ambient Weather selected UPS because of their shipping rates and service throughout the USA. We have signed an exclusive contract with UPS and these savings are passed on to our customers. The packages are tracked and insured electronically, which is a must for companies that ship large volumes of packages.

Why not ship USPS?

We do on occasion. It depends on the value of the item.

What about FedEx?

We had to choose one carrier to get the best shipping rates. FedEx does not cover 100% of USA and Canada.

What about Canada?

I am sorry, we do not ship to Canada. Too many customers complained about Canadian Customs, Brokerage and Import Fees. Often times, Amazon will ship to Canada and most of our products are available on Amazon.

Why not ship internationally?

Primarily fraud and returns. This drives up our costs for everyone. In addition to fraud, handling returns, customers refusing to pay unexpected import and duty fees, warranty issues, manufacturer exclusive distribution channels, and licensed wireless specifications are secondary reasons.

Often times, Amazon will ship to Canada and most of our products are available on Amazon.

Do we make any exceptions to shipping internationally?

I am afraid we do not.

Do we have international distributors?

I am afraid we do not.

How much does it cost to ship?

To determine shipping costs, add the Quantity to your shopping cart and select the >Buy Now button. The order page includes a shipping calculator. Enter your Zip or Postal Code and select Apply.
